TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- No gatherings or parties of any kind are permitted in the room. The Property reserves the right to evict any additional occupants from the room.

- This reservation is non-transferable.

- Drinks consumed during meals are not included in the meal plans and will always be charged separately.

- The hotel does not offer dinner service. Half-board reservations always include breakfast and lunch.

- By confirming your card details when making the reservation, you authorize the hotel to charge it for any supplements or additional expenses associated with your room during your stay.

- Half board begins on the day of arrival and ends with breakfast on the day of departure. If you would like to have lunch on the day of departure instead of the day of arrival, please let us know in advance.

- In case of no-show, the credit card provided at the time of booking or as per revised booking conditions as per offer will be charged for the full amount of the stay (including any applicable current government taxes).

- Guests must present an original ID upon arrival at the property.

- The Property reserves the right to expel Guests from the Property due to their conduct and behaviour or for any other safety or medical reasons. This applies in particular, if Guests do not respect instructions given by the Property's employees, express themselves in a discriminatory manner, harass or endanger other Guests.

- Guests will not be permitted to compromise the health, safety and security aspects of the Property at any time.

- Special conditions will apply to the respective reservations and in case of conflict, the conditions of such special offers will prevail.

- In case of conflict in the actual invoice provided to you after receipt of services, the terms of the invoice will prevail.

- The Guest must maintain an appropriate level of cleanliness and hygiene. The Guest must at all times respect the safety and hygiene advice provided by the Property and avoid breaching them. The Guest will be solely responsible for any violations that are detected.

- All property and valuables at the Property must be properly maintained and must not be damaged or destroyed. The Property reserves the right to impose charges in the future if it is proven beyond a doubt that the Guest has caused damage/destruction to the property at the Property (both movable and immovable).

- If you have any allergies, sensitivities or intolerances to, but not limited to: a particular fabric, material, cleaning product or food, it is the responsibility of the Guest to notify the Property management prior to arrival.

- Your valuables can be stored in a safe in your room or the property can store your valuables upon request. The property reserves the right to charge an additional fee for the storage of these items.
In the event that the items you wish to store are exceptionally valuable, you must notify the property before storing them. The property may refuse to store these types of valuables.

- Management and staff strive to provide a safe environment. We make every effort to ensure a safe environment and ask our guests to do the same. The property is not responsible for personal items lost, stolen or misplaced during your stay on the premises due to acts or omissions of the guests themselves.

- Items lost on the premises are recorded and kept in a secure location. The items are then disposed of or donated to charities. The property is not responsible for contacting individuals regarding lost items. Perishable items removed from rooms after check-out will only be kept until the close of business for that day.

- Claimed items can be collected from the property with valid identification or alternatively the property can arrange for delivery on behalf of the guest at their own expense.

- The Company reserves the right to change these conditions at any time without notice. Should any changes occur, the revised terms and conditions will be posted immediately on this website. Please check the latest information posted here for any changes.

- We make every effort to ensure that booking arrangements are satisfactory; however, the Property accepts no liability for any financial or other loss, travel delays, injury, damage, additional expense or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by any event beyond our control. These include, but are not limited to, flight delays or cancellations, civil unrest, vehicle defects, strikes, theft, acts of terrorism, natural disasters, war, fire, flood, acts of God, acts of the Government or any other authority, changes in government regulations, accidents or failure of machinery or equipment, maintenance requirements or industrial action.

- Airport transportation is provided as an ancillary service and the Property is not responsible for anything that happens to guests during such transits.
